Ella Rowell is a marketing and graphic design student at San Diego State University with a passion for storytelling through both writing and art.
Originally from New Jersey, she discovered her love for surfing and surf culture after relocating to Nosara, Costa Rica during the pandemic.
Now based in San Diego, she shares that love by teaching college students how to surf at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center.
In her free time, Ella enjoys longboarding, creating art, reading, travel, and a well-spent sunset with friends.
